DUBLIN, Ohio (WTVN) --A second golf ball sculpture discovered missing Tuesday in Dublin was returned early Thursday.

Dublin Police Spokeswoman Jodi Andes says someone brought the nearly 6-foot tall sculpture back and set it on the ground next to its base at Avery-Muirfield Rd. and Tullymore Rd.

Andes says this ball recognizes the Club's partnership with Nationwide Children's Hospital.

A similar sculpture taken over the weekend honored Nationwide Insurance.

Andes says the investigation into the disappearance of the first ball goes on and the offer of immunity from Muirfield Village stands, if it's returned by Saturday.

"These are very valued pieces of public art. These are felony crimes for taking these structures...they're treasured in Dublin", says Andes.
