NEWARK, Ohio (WTVN) -- The assistant band director at Newark High School is facing a 13-count indictment in Licking County for sexual contact with three female students.

Anthony Miller, 32, of Westerville faces 1 count of endangering children, 5 counts of sexual battery, 1 count of attempted sexual battery, 2 counts of disseminating matter harmful to a juvenile, 1 count of contributing to the delinquency or unruliness of a minor, and 3 counts of sexual imposition.

If convicted on all charges, Miller could be in prison for more than 36 years and face a year in county jail.

According to a news release from Licking County prosecutor Ken Oswalt, some of the offenses involve actually having sexual activity with at least some of the victims while others involved having photos of the victims.

Oswalt says that as the investigation continues additional charges could be filed.
