COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The woman accused of hitting and killing a bicyclist with her car has pled guilty.

Mary Kathryn Paul will be sentenced at a later date, following a pre-sentence investigation. She was charged with involuntary manslaughter and failing to stop after an accident, in the incident which left Robert Lennon dead. Lennon was a Cross Country Coach and Science teacher at DeSales High School.

Lennon was riding his bicycle on Miller Paul Road in Delaware County on September 16th when the accident occurred. A special judge and prosecutor were brought in to handle the case, with local officials citing a conflict of interest.

Paul could get up to six years in prison when sentenced, and she also forefited her driver's license in court on Monday.
