MARYSVILLE, Ohio (WTVN) --A West Mansfield man faces a charge of vehicular homicide stemming from a deadly June crash Union County that claimed the life of a Kenton man.
The Union County Sheriff's Office says Kaleb Nebel, 20, either fell asleep or dozed off early on the morning of June 6th, going left of center and hitting two vehicles headed south on State Route 31.
Oscar Hamby, 60, in one of the cars was killed. A woman in another vehicle was injured.
Nebel is scheduled to be arraigned in Marysville on August 18th.
