More victims coming forward in Newark HS band sex case

NEWARK, Ohio (WTVN) -- An assistant band director at Newark High School is now believed to have engaged in sex acts with 10 students over several years.

Anthony Miller, 32, of Westerville, was arrested on Monday at Carson Elementary School where he teaches music. His bail was set at $75,000 on Tuesday.

Miller is charged with sexual battery.

Newark police are in the process of interviewing possible victims who came forward following Miller's arrest.

Our news partners at ABC 6 report Miller was apparently involved with several female students, including some incidents that happened on school grounds. They report that t apolice officer says nude photos are also part of the investigation.

A judge has ordered Miller to stay away from the victims and anyone under the age of 18. He's also not allowed to use alcohol, drugs, or the internet.

Miller is due back in court on March 6.
