COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- The state's four casinos brought in a combined profit of $70.1 million last month. That's up from the $68.9 million posted in September.

All of the casinos, except Horseshoe Cincinnati, saw month-to-month profits increase. The state's newest casino made $18.1 million in October, down from $19.7 million in September. Hollywood Columbus saw the biggest increase, going from $15.7 million in September to $17.7 million in October. Gains at the other two casinos in Cleveland and Toledo were under $500,000 month-to-month.

Horseshoe Cleveland turned in the biggest profit at $19.5 million, while Hollywood Toledo's $14.6 million was lowest in the state.

So far this year the casinos have made a profit of $688 million.
