COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) --The Ohio Department of Transportation holds a public meeting Wednesday evening on what's next for the Columbus Crossroads project.
"Basically, we will show folks what we’ve been doing in terms of design since we last held a public meeting in January 2012" says ODOT spokesperson Nancy Burton.
Specifically, bridges over I-70 between Nationwide Children's Hospital and Franklinton will be replaced.
ODOT also will have details on how it plans to add lanes to I-70 without widening the current footprint of the interstate.
The meeting is planned from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Gladden Community House gym at 183 Hawkes Ave.
Burton says work is scheduled to start in 2017.
