COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) --Columbus police have arrested a teenager in connection with the shooting of an 11-year old boy at the Juneteenth Festival in Franklin Park.

Police say Lovauntea Mickens, 15, fired a stray gunshot that hit the boy in the leg Saturday night.

Mickens is charged with felonious assault.

Four other juveniles were arrested as a result of fights before the shooting.  The violence led police to shut down the festival a day early.

Police are asking anyone who may have taken video at the festival Saturday night to look at it to see if it might be used as evidence in the case.

The Junteenth Festival is an annual event which celebrates the end of slavery in the U.S.
