Furry forecasters: No early spring

MARION, Ohio (WTVN) -- Buckeye Chuck, Ohio's famous groundhog,  joined another well-known rodent Thursday morning in predicting six more weeks of winter.

Chuck and Punxatawney Phil both saw their shadows, and by tradition, that means another six weeks of winter.

Records dating to 1887 show Phil  has now predicted more winter 103 times while forecasting an early spring just 18 times - including last year. There are no records for the remaining years.
