Man Interviewing for Police Force in West Virginia Charged with Sexual Assault

Good help is hard to find. Especially if you're the Police Department of South Charleston, West Virginia. A prospective employee, hoping to find work as a police officer, admitted to having video on his phone of a sexual encounter. Turns out it wasn't a consensual encounter and now he's looking at a possible 25 years in prison. More here from WCHS/WVAH.
