COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--A man who has been arrested and served time in prison numerous time for groping and sexual assault incidents has been issued a summons again, just days after being released from jail for his last offense.
Columbus Police say 60-year-old Lonnie Sturdivant was issued a summons after two women reported being groped by him at a bar in the Area of High St. and Frambes Ave., near the Ohio State campus.
The latest incident comes after Sturdivant served just under a year in prison for his latest run-in with the law. In September of 2016, he was the suspect in a series of incidents in the OSU campus area.
Sturdivant has over 10 convictions on his record related to sexual imposition.
Ohio State has issued a neighborhood safety notice as well, adding that Sturdivant has been banned from the campus.
