DELAWARE, Ohio (WTVN)--A Delaware man is in custody, charged with Thursday's murder along Stratford Road, near US 23 Thursday night.
33-year-old Bryan Pemberton was arrested shortly after the incident, which left 28-year-old Ali Azirjawi dead, according to the Delaware Police Department.
Pemberton's arraignment in Delaware Municipal Court is set for Friday.
Police say the victim arrived at the location for a child custody exchange. Police did not elaborate on the relationship between the suspect and victim.
Delaware Police, and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation, are still investigating the case.
