Joseppi's Pizza: 4764 West Broad Street, Columbus 43228.
Back in May, Chuck wrote into our Facebook page and told us about a place called Joseppi's. Well Chuck, here we are at your place! And, we are glad that you suggested it!
Joseppi's is located just off 270 on the west side of town. While the driving distance may be a bit much, it is really easy to get to and the parking is very ample as it is in a strip mall. The guys and I usually frown upon strip mall pizza places, but Joseppi's rocked it. The local high school stuff on the walls is good and the jukebox is a big plus. Heck, they had a pinball machine, too. I dig it.
The menu was not lacking with choices. We like to try what they are known for. So, we got a few of their specials and a few classics: Mega Meat, Pepperoni, Taco / Hawaiian, Topper / Joseppi's Favorite. The complete winner of the night was the Taco. Wow - honestly that was probably the best taco pizza that we've had in our quest for the best pizza in Columbus. Interesting enough, the Hawaiian pizza had mushrooms on it, but that did not detract from the overall good flavor/vibe. However, what confused us is that "The Topper" looked like a regular pepperoni pizza and the pepperoni pizza looked like a cheese pizza. Strange, but they were also both tasty.
We were really impressed with the way Joseppi's made the atmosphere feel a lot more inviting than just another stale, cold strip mall pizza place. It had a really nice community feel. They did a good job with making the place have a personality.

Overall, we weer very pleased by our experience at Joseppi's. I'm thinking about that Mega Meat pizza right now as I'm typing this. They put a lot of meat on it, but it wasn't like a total grease-fest. Bonus on that. Jeff said it really well: "Guys, we just ate a lot of good pizza."
Here is the final tally...
Atmosphere (out of 5): 4.0 (solid job, there's a jukebox).
Price (out of 5): 3.5 (about $13 a guy; little pricier).
Location (out of 5): 4.0 (bit of a drive, easy access).
Service (out of 5): 3.5 (good, but lacked some friendly warmth).
Taste (out of 10): 8.0 (well done, all pizzas tasted good).

BOTTOM LINE: This west side jaunt to Joseppi's earned them 23 out of 30 possible points. We enjoyed the atmosphere. Price was a bit above the genral $10 baseline but not too far off. Location is a bit of a drive but really easy access to get in and out of. Service was a little on the cold side, but didn't detract much at all. Taste was right on it. Very solid work and definitely worth your time and money. Bravo, guys!
