Atmosphere: 3.0/5.0 (nothing crazy, classic old school vibe).
Price: 4.0/5.0 (about $10 a guy, on target).
Location: 4.0/5.0 (parking is a little tough).
Service: 3.0/5.0 (average service).
Taste: 6.0/10 (definitely a different kind of pizza).
Bottom Line: 20/30 is the final score for Rubino's. What must be said is that this is a Bexley icon. When we walked in, the place was filled with what were obviously repeat customers. And, after talking to many folks, you'd probably like it more if you grew up with it. When compared to other places in Columbus, Rubino's didn't match up. However, we absolutely would not discourage you in going. In fact, we'd say go so you can experience a completely unique pizza that is exclusive to Central Ohio. Just keep in mind this is going to be a pizza that will kinda surprise you. The crust is very thin and the sauce has a bit of a spice to it. Best bet is to get the "Combo" on your pizza. Lots of good flavor there.
