Flights to, from Columbus impacted by winter storm in Northeast

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- While central Ohio appears to have been spared the worst of the latest winter storm, the weather is affecting those flying into or out of Columbus.

Flight information boards at John Glenn International Airport show many flights headed for, or arriving from, places like Philadelphia, Boston and New York City have been cancelled.

Those cities are dealing with their first major snowstorm of the season, with as much as a foot of snow predicted in some areas.
