CINCINNATI, Ohio (AP) -- A federal appeals court in Cincinnati hears arguments Tuesday over the constitutionality of Ohio's lethal injection process.
At issue is the effectiveness of one of the drugs used in the death chamber.
Attorneys for the state say expert after expert has testified that the drug --one of three administered to inmates---will put them into a deep state of unconsciousness.
