GoFundMe campaign aims to help family of 9-year old

MARION, Ohio (WTVN) --Family members of a nine-year old Marion boy hope a GoFundMe page will help with funeral and medical expenses.

Korbyn Mathias died at Nationwide Children's Hospital last weekend following complications from the flu.

Penny Schuenke, Korbyn's cousin, tells NewsRadio 610 WTVN that Korbyn's mother was already working two jobs. And she says the family had no life insurance coverage, and nowhere near enough money to cover his hospital bills.

In the meantime, four young people have new organs thanks to Korbyn and his family.  His heart, liver, kidneys and pancreas were donated for transplant.
