German Village residents mull over anti-crime strategies

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- German Village residents are teaming up with Columbus police to make their neighborhood safer.

They met Wednesday night to come up with solutions to the recent string of attacks on women, including block watch groups, surveillance cameras and better street lighting.

Residents say they're more engaged now, keeping an eye out for neighbors and their property.
