COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- A decision could come Friday in the case of a deadly shooting involving Columbus police.
Henry Green was shot last summer by two plain-clothes officers.
His family hopes for an indictment against the officers.
Police say the officers were patrolling Linden as part of the city's Summer Safety Initiative when they spotted Green with a gun.
The officers, police say,showed their badges and asked Green to drop his gun, he refused and shot at them and that is when they returned fire.
