COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- The fire station was just down the street, but even that close, Columbus firefighters were unable to get to a burning home on South Waverly Street in time to save a six month old girl.
A 61-year-old babysitter was also inside. She was taken to a local hospital for treratment.
An investigation into how the fire started continues.
