Office Water Cooler Tops "Do Not Touch" List To Prevent Flu

Healthcare professionals have come up with a list of things you shouldn't touch in order to protect yourself against the flu.  The one you really should avoid is the office water cooler.  Experts say don't put your water bottle right on the nozzle when you refill it.  Other things to avoid are airplane seat pockets and food trays, subway turnstiles and ticket machines, office coffee stations, liquid soap in restrooms, salt and pepper shakers in restaurants, and gym equipment.

Doctors say the most important thing you can do is wash your hands with soap, just not from the liquid dispenser in the bathroom.
