Columbus gun laws challenged

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN) -- Two gun ownership groups are planning to file a lawsuit against the city of Columbus over its laws dealing with guns.

The Buckeye Firearms Association and Ohioans for Concealed Carry want a judge to block enforcement of the legislation.

The suit targets laws that ban bump stocks, sales of imitation guns to minors and gun sales in neighborhoods, calling them violations of existing state and federal laws.
