COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Columbus City Attorney Zach Klein has obtained a court order to temporarily shut down Club Wadinasi on Mock Road over public nuisance charges.
Klein said the building is being used as a dance club despite it being originally zoned as an auto repair shop.
Police have responded to calls about shootings and assaults at the club multiple times over the past six months.
Klein said next week he would be going back to the court to seek a permanent injunction against the owners and operators of the club of the facility to keep it closed for one full year.
