Report: Jeffrey Epstein Misappropriated Millions from Les Wexner

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--A new report says disgraced financier, and convicted sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein mismanaged millions of dollars that belonged to L Brands Founder and CEO Les Wexner.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Wexner sent a letter to members of the Wexner Foundation, saying Epstein misappropriated about $46-million. It was discovered in 2007, when Wexner began to cut ties with Epstein.

Epstein is facing federal charges of sex trafficking involving young girls. Wexner cut ties with Epstein after the initial allegations came to light.

Last month, Wexner notified L Brands employees that he had no prior knowledge of Epstein's behavior. An outside firm has now been brought in to see what role Epstein had with the company.

There were earlier reports that Epstein supplied the company with a jet, and had a say on who could become models for Victoria's Secret.
