Three Cases of Coronavirus Confirmed in Ohio

CDC Says SARS Might Be A Form Of The Coronavirus

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The state of Ohio has confirmed the first cases of coronavirus in the Buckeye State.

Governor Mike DeWine said Monday there are now three cases, all in Cuyahoga County. All three are people in 50's, two of themare a couple who recently returned from a cruise on the Nile, and the 3rd recently attended the AIPAC conference in Washington, DC.

DeWine Monday also signed an emergency declaration for the state, which allows state officials to seek federal funding to treat those affected, and utilize tools to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
