Brad Koffel has been a criminal defense trial lawyer in Columbus since 1993. He has been ranked in the top 1% of all lawyers in the United States by Best Lawyers in America since 2005. For nearly 25 years he has limited his practice to criminal defense, including professional license matters. He has represented thousands of clients in the criminal courts all across Ohio. He has won acquittals and dismissals for his clients charged with Drug Offenses, DUI, Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Sex Offenses, Domestic Violence, and many other types of criminal offenses. He has defended prosecutors, public defenders, lawyers, and police officers. He has negotiated favorable plea bargains in every kind of criminal case in Ohio from homicide to traffic matters.
He is a frequent lecturer on the subject of trial tactics, cross-examination, closing arguments for criminal trials in Continuing Legal Education Seminars throughout Ohio.
