Hillary Clinton is continuing to slowly re-emerge after her brutal November loss to Donald Trump, saying in a new video statement that "the future is female." The video was made for the MAKERS conference, a gathering in California that's focused on women's leadership. Clinton cited as an example of women leading the millions who took part in the post-inaugural Women's March, and said the world needs, quote, "strong women to step up and speak out." She also asks that the conference attendees set an example for women and girls worried about the future and whether women's, quote, "rights, opportunities and values will endure."
