Ohio State welcomed highly touted high school prospects to campus over the weekend for their instructional camp and it paid dividends with another blue chipper committing to the 2018 recruiting class.
Matthew Jones, a 4-star lineman out of Brooklyn, NY, announced he would be part of the Buckeye class. Jones is considered a two-way lineman--projecting as either a defensive or offensive tackle.

If Jones high school, Erasmus Hall, sounds familiar, it should. It's the same school that produced H-Back Curtis Samuel and also Jashen Wint, a sophomore safety on the Buckeyes.
Jones becomes the 14th player in the 2018 class and his commitment has lifted Ohio State into the No. 1 spot for 2018 recruiting according to the 24-7 Sports rankings. Of the 14 commitment, 13--including Jones, are 4-star prospects or better.
