The already loaded Memorial Tournament field got even better Thursday when the tournament announced that Phil Mickelson had committed. Mickelson, now 47, is a fan favorite. He joins a tournament field that includes eight of the world's top ten rated players including the top three in Justin Thomas, Dustin Johnson and Jordan Spieth. Additionally, top players like Rory McIlroy, Jason Day, Bubba Watson, Masters Champion Patrick Reed, defending Memorial champ Jason Dufer and Tiger Woods are on board.
Memorial Tournament director Dan Sullivan joined us on "The Drive" on Sports Radio 105.7, The Zone and talked about Mickelson's commitment and more. The tournament tees off on May 31. You can check out the interview here.
