The Cleveland Indians are American League Central Division champions for a third straight year, but they're hoping for more. After coming to within a win of a World Series title in 2016 and then blowing a 2-0 Division Series lead to the Yankees last year, the Tribe open the playoffs Friday afternoon in game one of their best of five series against the defending World Series champion Houston Astros.
Veteran play-by-play man Tom Hamilton will be calling post-season games for the Indians for the 11th time. Three times in those first 10 (1995, 1997 and 2016) the Indians have advanced to the World Series but have yet to end the drought which goes back to 1948. We had a chance to talk to Hammy about the Indians chances this year, their series with Houston and more. You can check it out here.
