They don't come much classier than Nick Foligno. The Blue Jackets captain is one of three NHL players nominated for the Bill Masterson Trophy, awarded to the player who best exemplifies the qualities of perseverance, sportsmanship and dedication to hockey. Just two years ago, Foligno won both the King Clancy Award, given to the player who exemplifies leadership on the ice and in the community and also the Mark Messier Leadership Award, which recognizes the NHL's most superior leader. He has become the heart and soul of the Blue Jackets and is beloved by Jackets fans. We were fortunate to get to talk to Foligno during Tuesday's Joel Riley show on WTVN. We discussed the Jackets sweep of Tampa, the preparations for round two, the support of the "Fifth Line" and much more. It was a pleasure to visit with Nick. You can check out the conversation here.
