I think we can all admit here in Buckeye Nation that we're a little biased. It's not like Penn State's Saquon Barkley and Wisconsin's Jonathan Taylor aren't worthy to be the first team backs on the Big Ten's "All Decade Team" but at the expense of OSU product Ezekiel Elliott? That's how it went down Monday when The Big Ten Network unveiled it's All Decade running backs. Joining Zeke on the second team was Wisconsin's Melvin Gordon. Overlooked on the team was J.K. Dobbins, who statistically out gained both Barkley and Elliott and was within 500 yards of Gordon in one fewer year.
Best Buckeye Coverage analyst Jeff Logan, a former Ohio State running back himself, joined the Joel Riley show Tuesday, reacting to the all decade running back results. Jeff, as usual, had strong opinions on the voting. Great stuff as always from Jeff. You can check out our conversation by clicking here to go to Joel's podcast page.
Ryan Shazier was named a second team linebacker Monday. Offensive linemen will be unveiled Tuesday.
