Rita has some dip ready in time for football season

CHEESY CORN AND JALAPENO DIP

Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

1/2 cup each sour cream and mayonnaise

Several dashes Worcestershire sauce

8 oz. Mexican style shredded cheese

1-1/2 cups fresh corn

4 oz. can chopped green chilies, undrained or equivalent fresh jalapenos, chopped

4 green onions, chopped

Cilantro for garnish (opt)

Instructions

Easy peasy: Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo and Worcestershire. Then stir in everything else. Refrigerate until chilled.
