Still Love Me Some Rock-n-Roll! Foo Fighters & Animal Waves

Yes us talk radio guys still like to rock out with our ____ out. And I love when contemporary artists, like the Foo Fighters, are cool enough to show off their classic rock influences. In this particular case we've got Dave Grohl and the Foo Fighters joined on stage by Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith. Taylor Hawkins who usually drums for the Foos goes up front to sing an all time classic by the Faces and they rip it up. WARNING: There is some naughty language in the video. Offended easily? Don't watch.

Then I just stumbled across these guys today. Animal Waves. I don't know much about 'em but I'm certainly gonna do my due diligence. This is an incredible live mash up of Led Zeppelin's 'When the Levee Breaks' and Tom Petty's 'You Don't Know How it Feels'. Enjoy and maybe keep an eye out for an upcoming Columbus gig at a place like the Newport or Express Live. I'll let you know if I hear something.
