Mark Wahlberg was on the Dan Patrick Show this morning (August 14th). DP asked him about buying Crew SC. Wahlberg also discussed his love for the World Cup and how he's buds with Harry Kane and Dele Alli form Tottenham Hotspur. Mark Wahlberg as your new owner of Columbus Crew SC? I'd take that all damn day! He says he's tight with Bob Kraft and I gotta believe Wahlberg would pattern himself after one of the finest modern day sports owners. Look at the attention to detail Kraft puts into not only the New England Patriots but the New England Revolution as well.
Think of the goal celebrations and those musical tie ins! I can see Mapfre Stadium rocking off the foundation right now. How would you feel about having Wahlberg as an owner. I'd say he's already proven businessman with the Wahlburgers restaurants.
