Are Foo Fighters the greatest American band EVER? I know that's a tall order. If not ever than certainly at least today. Don't get e wrong... I love Metallica and Van Halen and The Allman Brothers Band but between career longevity, album sales, concert ticket sales and sheer concert performance I'd say they're definitely top 3 all time.
