CNN continued its all-out war with President Trump Wednesday; bizarrely suggesting that a GOP victory in the Arizona special election was somehow a win for Democrats.
“CNN has projected that Republicans won the special election in Arizona’s 8th Congressional District, but once again Democrats have over-performed in a deep red district, in another sign the national environment is in the their favor,” writes the left-leaning network.
“In every one of the nine [special elections] so far, Democrats have outperformed the partisan baseline based on the prior two presidential elections,” the author adds.

GOP candidate Debbie Lesko won the House special election in Arizona Tuesday night; fending off a fierce fight from her Democratic challenger and holding a pivotal district carried by Donald Trump in the 2016 election.
As the polls closed, Lesko defeated Democrat Hiral Tipirneni by a margin of 53% to 47%, dashing liberal hopes of turning the red seat blue heading into the high-stakes 2018 midterms.
