RICHFIELD, Ohio (WTVN) -- President Trump visits northeast Ohio on Thursday afternoon with a stop at a union hall.
In Richfield, the president is expected to talk about his $200-billion plan to rebuild the nation's highways, bridges and ports.
It's the same plan Trump unveiled in February, hoping to spur at least $1.5 trillion in spending on infrastructure.
The president had hoped it would get support from both sides of the political aisle, but but it's been bogged down in Congress.
