FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WTVN) -- A Franklin Township officer is off the beat amid an investigation into excessive force.
Police say the officer was placed on leave this week after a cellphone video appears to show him kicking a handcuffed suspect in the head.
The officer has not been identified.
