LOUISVILLE, Kentucky (WTVN) --Another black mark for the Fireball.
The amusement ride broke apart at last year's Ohio State Fair, killing an 18-year old.
Now, the Associated Press reports a worker at the Kentucky State Fair was hurt this week while inspecting an improved version of the ride.
No fair guests were hurt.
The ride has since been removed from the fair.
