COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Two employees of a Columbus strip club, that were arrested on the same night as Stormy Daniels, have filed a lawsuit against the Columbus Police Department's Vice Unit.
Miranda Panda and Brittany Walters were taken into custody at Sirens by undercover vice officers the night the porn star performed there, back in July.
They were arrested in connection to state law that regulates adult entertainers at adult establishments. It states that performers that are nude or semi-nude are not allowed to touch patrons.
Panda and Walters claim the clothing worn did not meet the state statute. They also allege that the officers fabricated portions of their statements stemming from their arrests.
Last month, CPD put a "pause" on all Vice Unit activity, so the department can investigate multiple claims of impropriety, also in light of the porn star's arrest. Police Chief Kim Jacobs has asked the FBI to investigate.
Charges against Panda and Walters were eventually dropped, and the two were released. Charges were also eventually dropped against Daniels.
