COLUMBUS, Ohio (24-7 News)--The city of Columbus is rolling out a new app for mobile devices which will allow users to pay for parking meters.
City officials said the app called Park-Mobile can be used to feed meters in the Short North.
As of now, only meters in the Short North are able to link with the app but plans are to have all meters accessible to mobile pay by the end of 2019.
Drivers will now be able to pay through their phones and watch as the app countdowns how much time they have left in that space and allow to re-feed the meter remotely.
