UNDATED, (WTVN)--With College Football's National Champion crowned for the 2018 season Monday night, the Associated Press released its final poll of the season, and Ohio State finshed at #3.
The Buckeyes finished the 2018 season with a record of 13-1, that included a Big Ten Championship, and a win over Washington in the Rose Bowl on New Year's Day.
Ohio State finished number-6 in the final College Football Playoff poll, failing to qualify for the 4-team playoff for 2018.
With Clemson beating Alabama in the National Championship Game, the Tigers are #1, with the Crimson Tide at #2.
The Oklahoma Sooners finished 4th, and Notre Dame is 5th. Those two teams lost in the College Football Playoff semifinals.
Other Big Ten schools in the poll--Michigan finished 14th, Penn State 17th, Northwestern #21, and Iowa #25.
