COLUMBUS, Ohio (24-7 News)--Two men are facing felony charges after being accused of dropping objects from an overpass above I-71, onto moving traffic.
Reports say the two were seen on Monday dropping items from the overpass on 11th Avenue, but were detained and taken into custody before any vehicles were hit.
Officials say the men, identified as Kenneth Blackwell and Shakim Hail, are now at the Franklin County Jail, where they face a charge of felony vehicular vandalism.
Police praised several motorists who called in the report the activity.
