TAMPA, Florida, (WTVN)--The Columbus Blue Jackets mounted an epic comeback to take game one in their Stanley Cup playoff series against the Tampa Bay Lightning Wednesday night.
The Jackets fell behind 3-0 after one period, and spurred by a goal by Nick Foligno in the 2nd period, the CBJ came up with three goals in the 3rd to win 4-3.
Seth Jones netted a power play goal with about 5-minutes left, that turned out to be the game winner. Josh Anderson also scored short-handed to tie the game.
David Savard also scored early in the 3rd period to help lead the comeback.
The Jackets take their 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series back to Tampa for game Two Friday night. The Jackets host games three and four at Nationwide Arena Sunday and Tuesday.
