COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Columbus Police are sharing disturbing video, in hopes of catching a man seen hitting a young child multiple times.
Officers say the incident was caught on video outside of the IGA store along Parsons Avenue on September 24th. Video shows the man taking the child out of a gold-colored SUV, and striking him multiple times.
Investigators say the child was left alone in an SUV as a male, female, and three other children were in the store shopping.
Officers say they have already received multiple tips since posting the story on social media on Tuesday.
