A fireball streaked across the California sky Monday night (October 7th) and it was caught on someone's dashboard camera. Residents from Sacramento to San Diego reported seeing the suspected meteor streaking across the sky, and the dashboard camera caught the action in Oceanside. The driver said the fireball appeared to have a green tint. Weather reporters say it likely was a meteor as two meteor showers are expected over the area this week.
