COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--The Ohio State Buckeyes fell to number-4 in the Associated Press poll during their bye week.
Heading into the college football action this past weekend, Ohio State had been tied with Georgia at number-3. The Bulldogs lost in double-overtime to South Carolina Saturday.
However, voters vaulted LSU over the Buckeyes, with the tigers beating Florida Saturday night.
Wisconsin and Penn State join OSU in the top ten, with both moving up to number six and number seven.
Ohio State remains number-4 in the Amway Coaches Poll.
The Buckeyes return to action this Friday, with a game at Northwestern. They return home Saturday, October 26th against Wisconsin.
