COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--A man has been arrested for violating a ban on the campus of The Ohio State University, over dozens of groping charges.
Lonnie Sturdivant was arrested at the 18th Avenue Library over the weekend, according to OSU Police.
He was banned from campus in 2018, following over 20 convictions of groping or attempted groping of women in public.
Detectives say Sturdivant's groping crimes go back more than 30-years to an incident at Capital University in Bexley, and former Governor John Kasich signed a bill increasing penalties for these types of crimes based on Sturdivant's actions.
