COLUMBUS, Ohio (WTVN)--Former 10TV Meteorologist Mike Davis will plead guilty to all charges connected to his possession of child pornography.
A legal filing was released on Thursday indicating the plea, with his trial set to begin next week.
Davis was arrested in September 2018 after investigators found about 16,000 images of child pornography on his computer.
Prosecutors charged him with four counts, pertaining to the most egregious images he possessed.
Davis was subsequently fired from WBNS-TV. The guilty pleas are in an effort to avoid jail time. His lawyers plan to ask for a sentencing of intensive behavioral treatment.
